Wait, people can upload games they didn't make? I thought you were supposed to upload your own games, that's why your "developer's level" is raised, not "I can click buttons to upload other people's games" level.

In case you couldn't tell, this isn't Newgrounds. I'm fine with people uploading games they did not make (shareware, author's permission, etc.), but uploading a Newgrounds-themed game on NONOBA just does not seem right.
