Sample game with payment

This is a sample game showing how Nonoba Payment can be integrated into a game.

The player can tries the game for a couple of levels, and then if he is presented with a dialog asking him to purchase the rest of the levels for $1.00 USD to continue playing. There's an infinite amount of levels, so it's a pretty good deal.

Note: Although we're working hard on adding more payment providers, we currently only support PayPal, which has a minimum purchase of $5.00 USD. Therefore, if a new user wants to purchase the item, she has to spend at least $5.00 USD, but will receive coins for $4.00 USD that will be credited to her account. Those coins can then be used later in the same game for more items, or in other games using Nonoba Payment.
