It would be nice to be able to upload the source code for your game.

Not sure exactly how it would work ... but it could be as a zip file that is scanned for executable content and others then can download easily.

It looks like the counter is resat when I upload a new version of a game.

The total should remain the same, but it would be cool to get stats about each sub version on the developers game page.

It would be really nice with a system where a developer, or any user could setup a pool.

Personally I would use it to determine what new feature my users would like the most.

Make it impossible to delete forumposts, and put a timelimit on the edit feature.
People are erasing messages, editing views making it impossible to follow a discussion in a thread.

The reason they got removed from the chat was because they caused lag (I think). But they would be nice to add to private topics. You would have to worry about stuff like,

"Sarah was angry :Pete had broken her vibrator"

Where the :P would transform into a smiley because, lets be honest, probably only about a fraction of a percent of people know where colons are appropriate on Nonoba.

Obviously it would be susceptible to spamming, but maybe if that was ALSO FIXED as it has probably been suggested a hundred or so times now, then we would be ok.

Maybe allow sorting options [date, title, posted by, comments, closed/open], and maybe also visual indicator of closed status for quicker data acquisition.
Also show the rating the item has on it.

Links such as "Send message" under the profile picture in profiles should not be hidden, but rather lead to a "sign up now page"

Under "Your Games" on the home page, the comment count is one less than the actual comments on the game.

Developer and user xp toplists

Let's say an user is sending a comment and his connection is laggy, he may press the send comment button a few times, resulting in few repeated comments. It would be cool to avoid that with JS, so the button disables after pressing it once or such :-)

i think a way for developers to share code/files would be nice. either public or private, or even with settings for both, per file settings, etc.

for both forum titles and, if i remember correctly, message titles, if there are no spaces the title can break the layout.

one solution would do character count on the title and break it at word boundaries, keep only up to a maximum length, wrap that in a span with the title attribute set to the full title (so you can see it on mouseover / tooltip?), and use some sort of indicator so users know the title is longer than viewable length.

another solution is setting a maximum length on the initial input i guess, but i like my first way better ^_

maybe if you get over a bajillion achievements you could have an option in the settings to provide a group toggler. so say the awards from one game are grouped into a representative icon with a arrow you can press to show them all.

A thought just occurred to me: Is there any way to view the date a flash was submitted? There should be.

Can you make it so when the achievement is rewarded that the 'lil achievement panel below the game refreshes? Some games don't notify you of the achievements being awarded so I guess you could either build the notification into the chat (like Kong) or do it that way.
