Emoticons in Private Messages.
The reason they got removed from the chat was because they caused lag (I think). But they would be nice to add to private topics. You would have to worry about stuff like,
"Sarah was angry :Pete had broken her vibrator"
Where the :P would transform into a smiley because, lets be honest, probably only about a fraction of a percent of people know where colons are appropriate on Nonoba.
Obviously it would be susceptible to spamming, but maybe if that was ALSO FIXED as it has probably been suggested a hundred or so times now, then we would be ok.

I initially downvoted this as I too can remember the emoticon spamfests in the chat, and did not want the same thing in my inbox (despite controls put in place people will almost certainly find ways around it).
However if the feature that Dulcin suggests is incorporated into the feedback if it passes I don't see why emoticons should not be allowed.
