Loosing a level? Technically there is an infinite amount of xp to be gained, therefore this is no punishment at all.

Secondly, being banned normally entails... getting banned.

Also, being banned from one section will create a problem in itself: The person getting banned will likely get annoyed, therefore they will just go and spam/ruin another section.

Please analyse what you are writing before you post it.

If you have email on your account and you get banned, you should get a email about it.
