I've noticed a lot of games have bad stuff on it(excluding blood and gory). There should be a thing when your downloading a game onto the website that says if theres something bad on the game and when you play it it has something like a '9 or older to play'(because I'm nine).

although i do think that there are some offensive things that require some sort of thought about whether they should be at least warned against or labeled. especially if the games are to be taken offsite and spread around.
however i think it has to be up to the game's developers, otherwise... well i can't imagine reviewing every game submited... that'd be too much for anyone except maybe amiathena _
perhaps a labeling system that is opt in, but if the game is reported from the link on the game page then it can be manually reviewed and labeled. and also prioritized based on number of flaggings etc.
