why not just use the "report as inappropriate" link? surely if you're the developer of a game and someone steals that from you, that is inappropriate. if you aren't the developer, perhaps you should check with the original developer and see if their license allows open distribution, and if not, contact them.

We will probably remake the report functionality a bit in the future, we've been throwing round the idea to have a few simple pre-defined complaints that people can choose from to make it simpler to report problems like this.

Inappropriate sound more like stuff with sexual contents, bad words, racism and stuff like that.

Report violation of rules would be more covering.

The idea from henrik about pre-defined complaints would probably be good, since you then would know why people are marking it.
