I think it would be nice if you could put the Labs, Feedback etc. somewhere easier to see.
When I first started, I didn't know where you could chat of write feedback.
It would be nice if you knew where those were.

ctrl+scrollwheel also works in some browser/os.

I do think the Feedback link is a little inconspicuous, but findable.
I think the Handled Feedback should be more obvious, with the naive hope that it could help cut down on the Duplicate Feedback Whack-A-Mole. (And then I woke up.)
