I've seen this happen before with games with the API, sometimes it times out (I think) and logs you off, I encountered this bug with my EatSnake game, when people complained they couldn't submit score and found out they were logged off in the middle of the game.
I made a thread about this a couple of months ago:

sounds like it could be on your end. what happens when you get logged out? what browser / os version are you using?
