I see two things wrong here. The first and most obvious is the "in {time} seconds", but the second is that "restrict" should become "restricts", in order to attain subject-verb agreement.

when i play starland td it keeps freezing at around 1200 points. on the screen it says waiting for player to build but i always wait at least 5 minutes and it still has the same message. it also will end up saying i am disconnected from the chat when i try to type something during this time. Do you know why it would do that?
