I've found that some of the Markup codes interfere with normal posting, such as when i try to say "Nonoba", the chat room, it italicizes the "a" instead of surrounding it with slash marks, as intended. To fix this, you should either implement another markup language (such as taking the bracket tags from BBCode) or add in an escape character (such as \) that when placed in front of a markup character will make that character's literal form appear instead of the markup form.

I don;t know if you guys have moderators or not cause iv'e never seen one, but the chat needs to be moderated more because there are a lot of spammers than annoy people in the chat.

As you know, we have been rampaged by cheat engines in the game Multiplayer TD. I didnt know how they did it exactly till now. I played with a player 0v3rkill. Here is the screenshot:

as you can see, he bought impossible items at such an early stage.

Player XXX, Peacefulblueflyer, poontifier and myself have tested this game tremendously and honestly. We love Nonoba, but love it less because of the rampant cheating. Any score 6000 or above is a total cheat. We are currently the best at the game and in no way can we even get to 5100. Please do something about the cheating, and we can enjoy nonoba even more. Thank you.

Where did the swear filters go?? Now all the little kids are talking about all the shit, fucks, cocks, etc. Can you please put it back so all the kids stop ruining the chat?

It seems to me that there is no way to easily identify moderators. This is a problem because:

1) There's no easy way to find a moderator, other then knowing who is actually one.

2) Anyone could say they are a moderator, and users not to familiar with the community would not be able to disprove them.

3) Knowing moderators are in a chat room may detour some trolls.

Just my thought on the issue, I also couldn't find a full list of the "15 or so" moderators and Administrators.

Searching individual forums would be nice, say as a row of checkboxes for each forum that toggles on when you're doing advanced search and select forum only.

For example, say you want to search for "chat", but only related to forumsmultiplayerapi. Not terribly hard to sift through 124 results now, but eventually it'll be much more labor intensive :3

Also related, displaying which forum a search result is in would be beneficial.

On our feeds it'll say "x posted a reply to the forum thread z". Make that link to their actual post :3

Would be nice for easier ferreting out of duplicates. Either user attributable or not, but with admins being able to change the category when closing the feedback item.

Make it impossible to delete forumposts, and put a timelimit on the edit feature.
People are erasing messages, editing views making it impossible to follow a discussion in a thread.

A thought just occurred to me: Is there any way to view the date a flash was submitted? There should be.

The reason they got removed from the chat was because they caused lag (I think). But they would be nice to add to private topics. You would have to worry about stuff like,

"Sarah was angry :Pete had broken her vibrator"

Where the :P would transform into a smiley because, lets be honest, probably only about a fraction of a percent of people know where colons are appropriate on Nonoba.

Obviously it would be susceptible to spamming, but maybe if that was ALSO FIXED as it has probably been suggested a hundred or so times now, then we would be ok.

I like that games I've rated shows on myhome, i would also like to see myratedgames that's sortable by the rating that you gave, or the date you rated it. Similar to myfavorite/games.

A proposal for the introduction of topics that 'stick' to the top of the relevant forum no matter what else is posted beneath them.

Why?
For now I think the main reason would be to make 'FAQ' like topics and stick it to the main forum page. Mainly on the CSS matter, there are topics on this closed all the time.
A sticky topic with some helpful links inside would, I believe, cut the number of topics on the matter, or at the very least provide a general topic for questions on the matter to be asked and answered.

It'd be nice to have those added to the code wrapper, i think it would make peoples messes more presentable and add consistent look and feel to forums {where they bothered to use them}.

In the same kind of way you let people choose what they get emails for use the same kind of forms to let us choose who can view anything on the left side of our profile (i.e. the large picture, text about us and posting comment) and our description (which would change from "Toby is a 16 year-old guy living in Cornwall and has been a memeber for almost a year" to "Toby has been a member for almost a year.")

By "who can view" I don't mean making permissions for each individual user, options like "Allow Everyone" "No-one" or "Allow Friends" would suffice.
This way people could still see our games, achievements, friends and then put a "This person has blocked their profile to non-friends. Click here to add them" text at the top.

I wouldn't use this but I know quite a few people would. ;)

There are a surprisingly large amount of grammatical and spelling errors in the developer section of the site and it makes you seem a tad unprofessional (it looks like you haven't proof read it). Just getting someone to skim through each page, checking the authography, grammar and that the links are valid (many are not) would get things working again.

Make them only viewable if the user is logged in and on a predefined list of allowed users (from the developer obviously). This means we could let people try out our games beforehand without worrying about them being spread everywhere.
