Make a swf file containing a picture + the music and upload it to your profile.

keep in mind your profile image size limit is something like 100kb, so you won't be able to put much sound in unless you lower the bitrate to make it sound worse than it already does, or do something cleverer.

If you have your own hosting somewhere else you could make your profile image stream a song from your server.

that was the something cleverer i meant ^_

i tested it myself to make sure it worked! i didn't want to give that away though because i despised music on profile pages. at least auto playing music, which is what most noobs do.
