Well the other users can do so clear, but I would prefer that an ADM / MOD answer, and do something:)

Busy right now so I don't have time to track down details, but : they are labeled as being uploaded by, not developed by joeym. This is accurate. The problem comes in where they are uploads of games already on Nonoba, and without looking over Terms for uploading, I can't say that this is explicitly covered in there. I don't doubt it will be if it isn't already.Reply to thread
