This method will only work with a custom (uploaded) avatar. Yours is so don't worry about it
1) Right Click your avatar
2) Select 'Properties' from the menu
3) On the 'location' property you will see an url. In your case it is
http://files.nonoba.com/UserAvatar/16892/useravatar_rev7.jpg
The number that appears after UserAvatar-16892-is the answer you want
