Some people come on nonoba, and they don't use they're profile and it justs sits there doing nothing!

Shouldn't nonoba get rid of these useless users?

this has already been discussed before.

what harm comes from them having unused profiles? other than the storage of their data [which if their profile is unused is going to be at most a kb or 2], which i'm sure nonoba's servers can handle with ease.

How about "useless users" the ones who spam constantly without ever giving useful information or play any games. for instance weedman, needweed, and forumwhore,

since i don't see their profiles, i can only assume they've already either been permabanned, or deleted their accounts.

If the account hasn't been used in 1 year! delete it!

Nobody goes on holiday for a whole year

They even wouldn't delete forever-banned accounts so will they do this?

why would they delete forever-banned accounts?

Such deleted and banned accounts' e-mails are still in their database, like my account, James Bond 007, has an e-mail like jamesbond.hailow007@ymail.com but still, I can't sign up with that e-mail again, right?

Why would you delete anything? Disk space is really cheap.
