In the Terms of Service it says that:
Basic Terms of Use
Users of the Website must be at least 13 years or older.
This is a problem...

How could we get rid of all the underaged people, this would be hard because:
1. they could fake their age
2. we cant force them to leave cause even if they get banned they can make new users
3. there are to many of them!

this has come up repeatedly, and i believe henrik stated that the official stance is users could play games under 13, but not participate in chat or other features. though i could be mistaken, and i couldn't find my source on this.seanmc8 months ago | post #4, in reply to #1

we could ask for their ASL (age sex location) and if they laugh at the word "sex" they are underaged. Now to deal with the overaged users.

^ 100% Agreed, if you're not gonna moderate it then you're doing the equivalent of just removing that rule altogether in the first place. I don't mind the ones who act maturely but the majority don't, and it can really start to bug people.deleted comment
