Why does people want to become a Moderator or an Admin

Okay, I don't think that Mods or Admins like looking at the forum threads about how to become a Mod or an Admin but I thought that, why does people want to be one! For those who want to become a Mod and that, Nonoba is no longer looking for Moderator's! There are alot of people that want to become one, but if you want to become a Moderator or a Admin, then the best sujestion from me is go and create your own site!

This has already been announced in the news section and people will always want to be a moderator or administrator on websites because of the power that comes with it. You're not going to be able to convince people otherwise.
