A- Stupid question. Anorexia is a disease, which is not genetically inherited. Obesity MAY be gentically inherited, or can also just be brought on by being a lazy sloth. So no, i do not think that their child would be "the perfect weight". It would depend on how the woman cared for herself during her pregnancy.
