Hmm... Once you've maxed out your EVO points and passed level 13, the game is pretty much over.

It might be that new Ninja Gaiden Mochi Ad. It pauses the game if you roll over it, and it will not continue until you press the button underneath it.

The scores get sent to nonoba at the end of every level and during the game over screen. So if you leave the game before one of those events, your current score might not get posted.
Other than that, it might be something on nonoba's end.

I've understand the game a bit.Now I'm just avoid everything and use the head to eat white spots but man how the hell to slice a seeker?

Hi freetiger!
If you wait until you get the blades power up (first appears around level 2) you can drive right into the seekers and your tail will slice them in half. If you power up the blades in the evo menu, then the seekers will take fewer slices to kill!
