About me? My name of course is Julie I adore sports. Basketball, soccer, and road hockey are some favourites. I'm a Sidney Crosby,Jordan Staal and Evgeni Malkin fan. Meadows in the middle of forests do not exist. The closest you will get to that is a glade, and even then you won't get your pretty wildflowers.
Then hours walk it shall be! I have done hours before, I can do it again, were I that way inclined, but naw, my woods are a mere 1.5 hours away.
Ragwort is a plant! A poisonous plant which people seem to enjoy leaving in fields with grazing animals in! Then the animals die because they're stupid enough to eat it!
Yeah, a REAL good time, although if you ever show them you're 'peace signs' you're likely to offend them before you've even said 'hi'.

Hell no. Meadows are meh. Woodlands are WOW! Often, they're more isolated too. Meadows are too frequently visited by the kind of people that would call Ragwort pretty. Then they'd give it to the nice horses....
That good eh? You Canadians must really suffer from a lack of tourism. Or maybe just in your area. You really should get someone to come and show them a REAL good time....ie no pain/complaints.

MEADOWS? I've never understood the fascination of meadows. Woodlands are sooooo much better. And sun! Ugh! The sun is as big a pain as the pouring rain! All that sunburn and excess heat/humidity makes things far harder than they've any right to be. Cloud with a moderate breeze....bliss ^__^
Boggy ground is always fun too. Specially if it's the spring type.
I'm surprised you haven't recorded it yet. It's not like you haven't had the oppurtunity. Well....I guess you might have actually, but I somehow don't think you;d miss the chance to brag about it.
