Narrator: this story takes place in Candy land…a place were everyone is nice and sweet people going and coming. The children frolicking around in the sun playing tag and running around and the girls playing with there dolls and playing dress up - what a nice place to live but there is one girl that stand out of the whole crowd , a young girl name metal. What a strange name don’t you think? But she loved that name - she would usually go around helping people or playing around with her pet crab named sushi. She loved that crab and took it everywhere she went. Days and days passed by and thing started to get a bit boring… when it gets boring there is absolutely nothing to do. Today was one for those days metal’s life would change completely and so our story begins.
Chapter one: “the encounter”
Metal: hello my name is metal -. I live here in Candy Land. Very awesome place to live in fact you should come live here with me x3. My home is located at 2540 licorice St. It’s up a mountain and over a bridge, in between a red and green apple tree. You can’t miss it!
*alarm rings
[Clock shows time. 10:00 a.m]
Metal: oh man ;_ ; I’m late again Y-Y I can’t ever seem to be on time xD.
[Gets out of bed takes a quick shower… gets dressed in a hurry and goes out the door.]
*loud breathing as she runs
Metal: sorry about that I’m late.
[Heads towards gumdrop station]
Metal: today what I had planned was to go down to the station and go greet the out of town people or shoebies as we call them sometimes xD. But I ended up sleeping in ;_; what a mistake. Well I sure did learn my lesson x3.
*starts to slow down still heavy breathing
[She gets closer and closer to the station and what she finds is a sign and the station mostly deserted.]
*stops in front of the station and reads
SIGN: CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE. WILL BE UP AND RUNNING BY TOMORROW AFTERNOON. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

STATION MANAGER.
Metal: man ;_; I was really looking forward in greeting people today Y-Y.
[Starts to walk home in disappointment]
*sigh
Narrator: disappointed because the station was closed for maintenance. Having nothing else plan she goes straight home. The people of Candy land watched metal walk home with a sad face on her, very strange since she was always in a happy mood, people just wondered what has gone wrong what could possibly happen to upset her like that. Even though it was a little thing metal couldn’t help but be sad. Suddenly some one yelled her name it was the only friend that could possibly cheer her up,wolfie.
Wolfie is usually running errands for her mom .she lives in Chocoland. She met metal at the Candy Land festival held every year for the person living here to celebrate the prosperity and happiness that has come over the years. They both signed up to help out with the festivities and ended up having there own booth to take care of it where the sold goldfishes and bettas :3.
Wolife: Metal! ^^
Metal: oh hey Wolfie. What are you doing here so early in the morning?
Wolfie: your crazy! Its almost 12 in the afternoon silly xD
Metal: oh xP sorry my head isn’t in the right place right now…
Wolfie: ah I see what’s wrong?
Metal: well today was my turn to go greet the people at gumdrop station but it was down for maintaince.
Wolfie: aww… that sucks
Metal: I know that’s why I’m so upset ;_;
[As they walk together getting talking, catching up… they get to the point where they have to part]
Wolfie: well here’s my stop ^^
Metal: alright it was nice talking to you and my house is up ahead anyways -
Wolfie: same here and don’t stay down it doesn’t go well with you ;3
Metal: alright see you and take care
Wolfie: as to you -
*hugs and walk there own way
[They part and metal finally arrives at her home.]
Metal: *sigh what to do today!? It’s a lovely afternoon as well ;_; might as well stay out here in the front porch.
*object falling noise
Metal: huh!? What’s that noise?
* thump
Metal: ouch >o<
*looks around … metal is blinded by something shiny and looks on the floor
Metal: Wow! What a beautiful necklace… looks like a shell. Hmm…
Narrator: what metal has found (on the floor) was a beautiful necklace made out of a beautiful shell. It was only found in parts/regions of rainbow land. Known for its beauty and multi-colors these shells are gathered and made into a beautiful necklace. They are the most valuable items you can find in rainbow land and to add most expensive.
Metal: huh!?
*looks around confused
[the sun gets blocked by something in the sky (blocking the sun) making a shadow down in candy land]
*metal looks up to the sun she notices the shadow, slowly turning into a shape and making its way down elegantly in front of her.
Finally landing on the ground and forming into shape, a winged horse and a young woman appear in front of metal. The young woman introduces herself.
Young women: hello my name is indigoflame but people call me indigo. I have come to retrieve my necklace that I have clumsily dropped as I made my way here to candy land.
Narrator: Indigoflame [indigo for short] is Rainbow lander, and I’m proud to be one! .You can find her in her cozy home in the woods of the island. Once there, head towards the mountain with a pink flower on its summit. If you don’t see a sign that says “INDIGO’S HOME”, walk around the mountain until you find it. Now, turn left and cross a bridge. You should see a tree house with a flight of stairs leading up from the entrance. (There is no door.) Go to the highest level. (Sorry if you find it exhausting.) There, you’ll find indigo, absorbed in a book with Sapphire at my side.
Metal: oh hello and welcome to candy land. My name is (v)etal -
Indigo: nice to meet you metal. -
Metal: same here - oh is this your necklace?
Indigo: yeah that belongs to me.
Metal: it’s beautiful!
*hands necklace to indigo
Indigo: thank you. It’s a star carved out from a shell found where I come from and I named it Lucky Star
Metal: oh where do you come from?
Indigo: I come from rainbow land.
Narrator: Rainbow land was not that far from candy land but was sure a difficult way of getting there. The only way to get to rainbow land was to take the rainbow express transportation system which was some what of expensive way to get there. Besides know for there Muti-colored shells made into necklaces they were also know for there majestic one horned beasts also know as unicorns.
It was a nice place, very peaceful. The people there are content and happy with what they have. The sky always a beautiful sapphire blue, the sun always bright and warm, just warm enough to go out for a picnic of exploring. When you’re living in rainbow land you feel very free and … a feeling you can’t quite explain.
Metal: I see I’ve heard much about rainbow land and wish to visit it someday but the problem is I’m not really familiar about that place.
Indigo: oh well you should come and visit sometime I’m sure you’d love it -
Metal: - I love your unicorn.
Indigo: thanks I named it sapphire.
Metal: can I pet it?
Indigo: it’s not very fond of strangers
Metal: oh I know what will help.
*starts to run
[Metal runs behind her house to the green and red apple tree]
*picks two green apple and two red apples and runs back to indigo
Metal: here sapphires try some of my home grown apples ^^ they are delicious!
[Sapphire starts to eat the apples]
*crunch crunch
Indigo: I think it liked the apples -
Metal: I think so too. So would you like to come in?
Indigo: sure I’d love to
Metal: well you can leave sapphire here just be sure to tie her up ^^
Indigo: alright
[Indigo ties sapphire to a tree]
*both walk into the house
Metal: have a seat make yourself at home.
Indigo: thanks
Metal: would you like something to drink?
Indigo: yes please some water would be nice.
Metal: alright be right back
*walks to the kitchen and comes back with water
Metal: Here you go
*hands indigo her water.
Indigo: thank you
Metal: so tell me about that necklace of yours.
Indigo: well this necklace was given to me by my grandmother. Her boyfriend later becoming her husband gave it to her as an engagement present. The day they got married the necklace began to light up. Showing the signal of love they had for one another.
Narrator: as they talk and getting to know each other the sun would set on a glorious day in candy land. Time to part they say farewell and decide to keep in touch, a new friendship blossoms and new adventures awaits there two.
And so our story ends indigo does home and gets ready for bed, metal cleans up and heads to bed as well.
