I Think I Finally Beat It. And Got To Like 15 Where There Were All Those Ball Eaters And I Just Quit Cause I Had To Go And Forgot The Code To Get Back To That Level.
But I Do Admire Your Creativity. That Game Is Actually Very Inventive And It's Pretty Cool If You Have Patience.

You have to pass the balls quickly to the last plates! And never let balls in the first plate (only in the finish)! lol, you will really kill me in level 17 (its similar, but...)
